After years of using a dehumidifier that had to be emptied every 12 hours at least, this is a great pleasure.. it runs and then pumps out the reservoir..no hassle set-up..Love it!

The dehumidifier looks good and works ok, it is reasonably quiet. The full bucket switch design is bad. It did not work well with the unit out of the box. I ended up fixing it myself, I did not want to deal with the hassle of shipping the unit back and getting a refund or exchange for such a large item.
